Visitor Registration

Visitor registration to attend DVD2024 is now open.

Attendance at DVD2024 is restricted to MOD/UKGOV personnel, exhibitors’ guests, media and other invited visitors. All visitors should currently be engaged with the defence acquisition industry through DE&S, the armed forces, defence media, defence colleges and research establishments.

In a change to the Visitor process for DVD2024, Non-MOD/UKGOV (Civilian) visitors can only attend if sponsored by one of the exhibiting companies, DE&S exhibiting teams, Army HQ, or relevant UKGOV Dept.

In a change to the Visitor process for DVD2024 and to maintain the integrity of the DVD2024 audience, Non-MOD/UKGOV (Civilian) visitors can now only attend if sponsored by one of the exhibiting companies, DE&S exhibiting teams, Army HQ, or relevant UKGOV Dept.

You will need to contact the company or entity from whom you have received an invitation and provide them with your details.  They can then complete your registration using their exhibitor dashboard.  Your registration will be forwarded to the MOD for approval.

All non-MOD/UKGOV visitors should note the following Admissions Policy:

  1. Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors can only be sponsored to attend by one of the DE&S exhibiting teams, Army HQ, or one of the exhibiting companies.
  2. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to complete the application form for any guests and this must be carried out via the exhibitor dashboard.  There is no method available for Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors to self-register.
  3. All Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors must be registered online by their sponsoring entity and if approved by MOD will receive a unique barcode by email 7-10 days prior to the event.
  4. The barcode cannot be given or transferred to another person.
  5. All visitors must produce photographic identification, for example passport or photo ID (driving license or similar) upon arrival at DVD.
  6. Any person attending DVD must not take part in canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations or any activity which disrupts the event and if found doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
  7. All visitors must be aged 18 or over
