Visitor Admissions Policy
Attendance at DVD2024 is restricted to MOD personnel, exhibitors’ guests, media and other invited visitors. All visitors should currently engage with the defence industry, the armed forces, defence media, defence colleges and search establishments.
Please read the admissions policy before completing the registration form.
All non-MOD/UKGOV visitors should note the following Admissions Policy:
- Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors can only be sponsored to attend by one of the DE&S exhibiting teams, Army HQ, or one of the exhibiting companies.
- It is the responsibility of the sponsor to complete the application form for any guests and this must be carried out via the exhibitor dashboard. There is no method available for Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors to self-register.
- All Non-MOD/UKGOV visitors must be registered online by their sponsoring entity and if approved by MOD will receive a unique barcode by email 7-10 days prior to the event.
- The barcode cannot be given or transferred to another person.
- All visitors must produce photographic identification, for example passport or photo ID (driving license or similar) upon arrival at DVD.
- Any person attending DVD must not take part in canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations or any activity which disrupts the event and if found doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
- All visitors must be aged 18 or over
MOD Admission Policy:
- All MOD visitors must register online and will receive a unique barcode by email.
- The barcode cannot be given or transferred to another person.
- All visitors must produce their badge along with MOD photographic identification upon arrival at DVD
- Dress for military personnel is Working Dress
- Emails containing unique download links and barcodes will be sent out 7-10 days before the event allowing badges and passes to be printed.
