DVD brings together industry and customers from the defence environment and informs the equipment capability, acquisition and user community of the latest developments, products and services available.
DVD is the annual stakeholder event for DE&S’s Specialist & Utility Vehicles IPT who will be joined again this year by the General Support Vehicles IPT and the newly formed Battlefield Infrastructure & Engineer Group. Taking part for the first time this year are; Deployable Support and Test Equipment IPT, Defence Clothing IPT, Defence Food Services IPT, Medical and General Supplies IPT and the Defence Fuels Group.
It provides the opportunity to bring together manufacturers, purchasers, specifiers and senior users in a unique environment where they can discuss, learn about and experience the equipment and support critical to the UK’s defence and emergency services.
DVD allows for customers to view products and services and talk to other industry colleagues and IPTs. Visitors can also experience the vehicles for themselves in a real and challenging environment by being driven around the world-class driving facilities of Millbrook Proving Ground.
